Description
The Eindhoven-based design studio Raw Color, founded by Daniera ter Haar and Christoph Brach, created the exhibition design for our new exhibition Yellow. Beyond Van Gogh’s Colour—a design in which colour and form guide you through the galleries.
To complement the exhibition, Raw Color also developed a unique collection of accessories inspired by Sunflowers. A contemporary interpretation of the sunflower appears across the collection—printed, embroidered and knitted. The design plays with colour: graphic lines and solid colour fields come together to create a surprising range of hues.
Raw Color says: “Colours have the power to evoke emotions, and their visual expression changes when they interact with light, materials, movement and each other.”
