You are entitled to a product that meets reasonable expectations. If your product is faulty or does not meet those expectations, please contact our customer service team. If your claim is covered by the legal guarantee, we will provide a solution free of charge. Under Dutch law, the legal guarantee has no fixed duration: it depends on how long the product can reasonably be expected to last. Any additional manufacturer’s guarantee does not affect your legal rights.
